At Intime Crafts, we produce custom challenge coins, commemorative coins, and collectible metal coins for a wide range of projects. Whether your design features a detailed emblem, 3D sculpted relief, or fine lettering, our team can review the artwork and recommend suitable manufacturing methods.
Our Shenzhen factory offers capabilities including zinc alloy die casting, metal stamping, 2D and 3D relief, polishing, electroplating, soft enamel, hard enamel, and UV printing. Popular appearance options include gold, silver, nickel, and antique-style finishes. The suitable material, production process, and surface treatment depend on your specific design and technical requirements.
For an accurate quotation, please provide your artwork, diameter, thickness, quantity, preferred finish, color requirements, packaging details, and delivery destination. We can also review double-sided designs, custom edges, and individual numbering where technically feasible. New designs may require custom tooling, which will be evaluated during the quotation process.

Answer: Our minimum order quantity for custom challenge coins can start from 50 pieces, depending on the design, size, and manufacturing process. Please share your artwork and required quantity so we can confirm the MOQ and provide an accurate quotation.
Answer: We recommend providing vector artwork in AI, PDF, SVG, or EPS format. Please include your preferred coin diameter, thickness, front and back designs, metal finish, and color requirements. If you only have a reference image, our team can review it and advise what additional design files may be needed.
Answer: Yes. We manufacture custom metal coins with 2D and 3D relief, raised or recessed details, and soft or hard enamel coloring. We also offer UV printing and various plating finishes, including gold, silver, nickel, and antique-style finishes. The most suitable combination depends on your artwork and design requirements.
Answer: New custom coin designs generally require a mold, with a one-time tooling fee. Repeat orders using the same approved mold normally do not require a new mold fee, provided the design and specifications remain unchanged and the mold is still suitable for production. Any design changes requiring new tooling will be quoted separately.
Answer: Production time depends on the coin design, quantity, manufacturing process, and order requirements. For many standard projects, mass production takes approximately 12–15 days after final sample approval. Custom samples, complex 3D designs, and shipping require additional time. We will confirm the schedule before production.
Answer: Most of the challenge coins displayed on our website are examples of previous customer projects. They demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities but are not necessarily available for direct purchase. We specialize in producing coins based on your own original or authorized designs.
