New designs may require custom tooling, while sampling and production schedules will be confirmed based on the final specifications.

We manufacture medals for marathons, sporting events, competitions, and award ceremonies. Please provide your artwork and required quantity so we can confirm the MOQ and offer an accurate quotation.
Answer: We recommend providing vector artwork in AI, PDF, SVG, or EPS format. Please also specify the medal size, thickness, quantity, preferred metal finish, coloring requirements, ribbon details, and delivery destination. If you only have an image or design concept, our team can review it and advise what additional artwork may be required.
Answer: Yes. We manufacture custom medals featuring 2D and 3D relief, raised or recessed details, and unique shapes. We can also evaluate interlocking medal designs that connect multiple pieces into a larger image or shape. These designs require careful consideration of dimensions, connection points, and manufacturing tolerances. Please send your artwork for a technical feasibility review.
Answer: Yes. We offer custom medal ribbons in different widths, colors, and designs. Full-color heat-transfer printing can be used to reproduce logos, event names, patterns, and other artwork on suitable ribbon materials. Please provide your ribbon width, length, artwork, and preferred attachment method so we can confirm the available options.
Answer: New custom medal designs generally require a mold, with a one-time tooling fee. Repeat orders using the same approved mold normally do not require another mold fee, provided the design and specifications remain unchanged and the mold is still suitable for production. Changes to the medal shape, size, or raised details may require new tooling.
Answer: Production time depends on the medal design, quantity, manufacturing process, and ribbon requirements. For many standard projects, mass production takes approximately 12–15 days after final sample approval. Complex 3D designs, interlocking medals, and custom packaging may require additional time. Shipping time depends on the destination and selected delivery method. Please share your event deadline so we can evaluate the production and shipping schedule.
