We offer both existing trophy designs that can be personalized with customer logos and fully custom trophy projects developed from original designs.
**Existing Mold Trophies & Custom Logo Printing**
Many of the trophies displayed on this page are produced using our existing molds and are available for orders. Customers can personalize these trophy designs with their own logos, award titles, names, or event information using UV printing. Since the original trophy molds are already available, no new tooling is normally required when the existing shape remains unchanged. This provides a practical option for customers who need personalized awards without developing a completely new trophy design.
**Custom Trophy Manufacturing & Metal Components**
For customers requiring original trophy designs, our Shenzhen factory offers manufacturing capabilities including zinc alloy die casting, metal stamping, 2D and 3D relief, polishing, sandblasting, electroplating, and UV printing. Depending on the project, we can discuss decorative metal figures, trophy toppers, raised logos, sculptural elements, and other custom metal components. Various metal finishes and combinations with wood, acrylic, crystal, or resin elements can also be evaluated according to the design and assembly requirements.
**3D Model Requirements for Fully Sculptural Designs**
For fully three-dimensional sculptures, figurines, animal shapes, and original sculptural trophy designs, a suitable 3D model file is required before tooling and production. Photos, sketches, and 2D drawings may be used for initial evaluation, but they cannot replace a production-ready 3D model. If a customer does not have a 3D model, we can evaluate whether modeling services can be arranged. Additional 3D modeling and tooling fees may apply and will be quoted separately.
**How to Request a Quotation**
For existing trophy designs, please provide the product reference, order quantity, logo or text artwork, preferred finish, packaging requirements, and delivery destination. For fully custom trophies or sculptural components, please also include the 3D model, overall dimensions, material requirements, and assembly details.

Answer: Sample production for custom trophies generally takes around 11 days. Bulk production typically takes approximately 12–18 days after sample approval, depending on the order quantity. More complex designs or special manufacturing requirements may require additional production time. Shipping time is additional.
Answer: A one-time mold fee is usually required for newly designed cast metal components. The tooling cost depends on the size, shape, and complexity of the design. For repeat orders using the same mold without modifications, an additional mold fee is generally not required.
Answer: For an accurate quotation, a detailed 3D design file is required. Please send your 3D file to sales@intimecrafts.com, along with the required dimensions, materials, quantity, surface finish, packaging preferences, and shipping destination.
